At Parsons Joinery Group we have a modern manufacturing facility in which we are constantly investing in. Raw softwood and hardwoods arrive in our warehouse and then flow through our production facility.
Firstly the raw material is cut and trimmed to size, it will then continue on to be profiled and shaped in to the correct style for the end product. Most of the production process is carried out using modern machinery, but sometimes even today there is no match for a hand finish by our craftsmen.
The component parts will then be pressure treated to preserve the timber for longevity in use. The component parts are then assembled and final paint finish will be applied to the relevant level. The final stage is to fit ironmongery and fittings where required and after a QC check the product will be packed and dispatched to site.
